Horsley (center) is Anthony Manetta, Vice-Chairman of
the Suffolk County Independence Party, Judie Gorenstein,
League of Women Voters of Suffolk County, and Frank
MacKay, New York State Independence Party Chairman, as
Horsley signs a letter requesting that New York State
voters be allowed to vote-by-mail. Thirty-one states
currently allow a vote-by-mail ballot with no excuse
required.
